This Is Not Another Wellness App. This Is What Comes After.

Woman reviewing her personalised Naomi perimenopause profile on mobile

There's a particular kind of tired that comes from opening your fourth health app this year.

You've logged symptoms into a tracker that forgot them by the next update. You've answered the same seven questions in three different apps, all promising to "understand you," none of them doing anything with the answers except displaying them back at you in a slightly nicer font. You've paid for a subscription that turned out to be a glorified diary with notifications.

We built Naomi because we got tired of that too — and because perimenopause is precisely the wrong moment in a woman's life for a tool that doesn't actually think.

The problem with most health apps isn't the design. It's the intelligence — or the absence of it.

Most wellness apps are databases with a friendly interface. You put information in; the app stores it, sorts it, maybe charts it. That's useful for step counts. It is not useful for a life stage where hundreds of variables — sleep, mood, cycle changes, cognitive load, stress, nutrition, movement — are shifting simultaneously and interacting with each other in ways that are different for every woman.

Naomi is not a database. Naomi is our AI, built specifically to look at your perimenopause as a connected picture rather than a list of disconnected symptoms.

That distinction matters more than it sounds like it should. A tracker can tell you that you slept badly on Tuesday and felt foggy on Wednesday. Naomi can help you see that the fog wasn't random — it was connected to what happened the night before, and the night before that, and a pattern that's been building for weeks. That's not a feature. That's a different category of tool.

What "generative AI" actually means here — in plain English

We know "AI" gets thrown around until it means nothing. So here's what it means for Naomi, specifically: the algorithm developed with scientific oversight behind Naomi doesn't just store what you tell it. It reasons across your Wellness Assessment responses, identifies patterns specific to your profile, and generates guidance that's built around your actual picture — not a generic content library sorted by symptom.

No two women get the same output from Naomi, because no two women have the same perimenopause. That's the whole premise.

Why we're calling this a category, not a product

There's a reason we're not positioning Naomi next to other symptom trackers on the shelf. Trackers ask you to do the work of interpretation yourself — you supply the data, you're left to draw the conclusions. Naomi does the interpretation with you, using an architecture built for exactly this stage of life, developed with clinical and scientific oversight from the outset.

We think that's what comes after the current generation of wellness apps: tools that don't just collect what you're going through, but actually help you understand it.

Where to start

If you've never used Naomi, the entry point is the free Wellness Assessment — a structured look at where you are right now, across the dimensions that actually matter in perimenopause. It takes a few minutes. What comes back is not a generic report. It's the start of a picture that's specifically yours.

This is Week 1. We're going to spend the next eight weeks showing you exactly what that picture looks like, how it's built, and why we think this is a genuinely different way to navigate this stage of life.
